To help the Emerge Platform run smoothly and to provide excellent customer support, Emerge charges a transaction fee when a Shipper utilizes the Emerge Carrier Network. This fee is included in the total price of the transaction. Shippers who utilize the automated Emerge Carrier Network or engage with Emerge’s Freight Intermediary Services will be subject to no additional fees while using the Emerge Platform.
For those shippers who choose not to utilize the Emerge Carrier Network or Emerge Freight Intermediary Services, Emerge may charge a platform fee after ninety (90) calendar days of platform use.
